Welcome to my Blog.

When I was 14, back in 1985 my youngest sister Katie was born on June 20^th.

I’ve titled this Blog “In June” as in the lead upto her birth, everything that year for us seemed to be happening in June and it ended up becoming a bit of a family joke.

Its quite apt now as here we are again, in June. There is no doubt that this has been a year like no other, but I take the positives. Rightly or wrongly only time will tell, things are starting to happen again, lockdown is easing, more and more places are opening and restrictions in general are relaxing.

June therefore especially for myself this year seems like fate that things are starting to happen. Covid19 has been bad for me and many similar Businesses, Weddings postponed and cancelled, all events cancelled and no one can have a Photoshoot as such.

How has everyone coped?

We will get through it all, I expect a few changes to life in general after.

This time of year I would normally be knee deep in Weddings and processing… but things are very different.

If there was ever a time for the “Every cloud has a silver lining” quote for me this would be it.

I managed to fall over and break my knee in 4 places back in April and it would have meant not being able to cover several Weddings I had booked.

Now its June, my leg has healed apart from a long stretch of Physio ahead.

I have used the time to develop more services and packages for the Business that I’ll be launching over the next few weeks. Keep a look out for them.
